M. Jay Michael Guitard

It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Jay Michael Guitard on July 21, 2019. Cherished son of Peggy and Kenny (Paola), devoted grandson of Maureen, loving brother of Corey (Lisa) and Tania (Paul), and proud uncle of Zachary and Oliver. Jay leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Visitation will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 295 McLeod Rd, Chateauguay, Qc, J6J 2H8, on Friday, July 26 at 10:00 am, followed by a service in celebration of Jay’s life at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, donations to Dans La Rue (www.danslarue.org), would be appreciated. Gone too soon, but forever in our hearts.
