Passed away peacefully on January 18, 2020 surrounded by loved ones at the age of 57.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Her beautiful smile, playful spirit, musical laugh, and compassionate, loving presence will be missed by her mother, Jacqueline, her father, George, her brother, John (Elana), her niece Sarah, nephew Shane (Ashley) as well as her many cherished friends and respected colleagues.<\/div>\n
Friends and family will be celebrating her life at the Unitarian Church of Montreal, 5035 Blvd. de Maisonneuve Ouest, on Saturday, February 1 at 3 p.m.<\/div>\n

We are profoundly grateful to Dr. Lucy Gilbert and the many wonderful doctors, nurses, and support staff from the MUHC for their care and humanity, to Dr. Romano and Annie for their compassion and care which allowed Cheryl-lynn to stay at home for as long as possible, to the unbelievably fabulous staff of the West Island Palliative Care Residence, to Acharya Choying, Stephanie, Anne, JS, and members of the Rigpe Dorje Foundation (Buddhist temple) for their prayers and invaluable, unwavering presence and support, and to Daryl Lynn Ross for accompanying Cheryl-lynn with Buddhist prayers in her last breath.<\/div>\n

As expressions of sympathy and love, memorial donations may be made to the West Island Palliative Care Residence, MUHC DOvEE project (Diagnosing Ovarian and Endometrial Cancers Early), the Rigpe Dorje Foundation, or to True North Insight.<\/div>\n
