In the loving presence of her family, Germaine Clendenning (nee Pratte) passed away peacefully on October 14th, 2022 at the age of 102 at the Teresa Dellar Paliative Care Residence in Kirkland, Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n
Predeceased by her loving husband Kenneth William Clendenning and her two sons, Raymond and Lawrence, she leaves to mourn her children Madeleine (George Nadeau), Diane, Daniel and Susan (Steven Dubreuil), her grand-children Christine(Paul McMorran), Michael (Val\u00e9rie Leblanc), Jennifer (Daniel Provost), St\u00e9phanie, Marieve, Caroline, Caryne (Maxime Martineau) and Val\u00e9rie (Hugo Villeneuve-Dionne), her 13 great-grandchildren, her sisters Yvette, Cecile and Marguerite, many nieces, nephews and friends.<\/p>\n
There will be a celebration of her life at St. Veronica\u2019s Church (1300 Carson, Dorval H9S 1M6) on Thursday, October 20th, 2022 at 11:00. Family will receive condolences prior to the service. A private interment will follow at Notre-Dame-des-Neiges cemetery at a later date.<\/p>\n
The family wishes to thank the caring staff (volunteers, doctors, nurses, PAB\u2019s and donors) of the Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence for the comfort provided during the final days of her life. She will be remembered for her generosity, her humour and her extraordinary resilience to life\u2019s adversity.<\/p>\n
