On December 6, 2022 at the age of 95, Jean passed away at the LaSalle General Hospital after a long battle with heart disease. Jean was predeceased by her loving husband, Frank Casino, in 1996 and by her siblings, Margaret, Ron, and Charles.<\/p>\n

Jean was the loving mother of Cheryl (Don Houston) of Dorval, Judy (the late Paul Davis) of Kamloops, and Bonnie (Peter Sinclair) of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Her daughters were able to be with her until the end. She was the proud grandmother to 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grand children. She greatly enjoyed living the last 9 years of her life at the Donalda Boyer Residence in Dorval and participating in all of the special events there. We would like to thank her many friends and the caring administration staff at the residence for their concern and many kindnesses towards her over the years. She loved living there. Our family will remember her for her love and thoughtfulness towards all of us until the very end, always thinking of others before herself, always remembering the many family birthdays with special cards, and always expressing her love and interest in all of our lives.<\/p>\n
The family will receive your condolences on Tuesday, December 13th<\/sup> between 2:00 and 3:00 pm at the J.J. Cardinal Funeral Home at 560 Lakeshore Road, Dorval. This will be followed by a service at 3:00 pm in the chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jean can be made to the Donalda Boyer Residence, 135 Av.
