It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Catherine Kelly Lapierre on March 15, 2024. Kathy is survived by her best friend and husband of forty-nine years Norman Lapierre; her daughter, Kelly Rewbotham; her son, Dickson Rewbotham (Shannon) and her grandson, Brian Sproule.<\/p>\n
Kathy spent most of her working career as a high school teacher at Bishop Whelan in Lachine where she applied as much enthusiasm to her work as she did to her life in general.<\/p>\n
The family would like to extend special thanks to her doctor Thomas Tulandi for service above and beyond, to her caregiver Charity Sibanda as well as to all the dedicated CLSC and hospital caregivers and support staff for all their efforts.<\/p>\n
Kathy’s full life cannot be summed up in a short summary but one thing is certain: Kathy, you will not be soon forgotten.<\/p>\n
