It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Anna Capar Hawraniak on Friday, March 21st, 2025, in Montreal, Quebec at the age of 86.<\/p>\n
She leaves to mourn her devoted husband Dmytro Hawraniak, her beloved children, son Mark, daughter-in-law Oxana, daughter Elizabeth and son-in- law Paul. She also leaves behind cherished granddaughters Emilia, Olivia and Julia and many relatives in Canada, the U.S. and Poland.<\/p>\n
Anna was dearly loved by her family. She overcame many hardships with her devotion, perseverance and hard work. She will be greatly missed.<\/p>\n

Visitation will take place Friday, March 28th, from 7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m., with Panahyda at 7:30 p.m. at J.J. Cardinal Funeral Home, 2125 Notre-Dame, Lachine, QC.<\/p>\n
The Funeral service will be on Saturday, March 29th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Basil the Great Ukrainian Catholic Church, 875 Provost Street, Lachine, QC followed by burial at The Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Cemetery, 665 av. de L\u2019\u00c9glise, Dorval, QC.<\/p>\n
