Barbara Ann Beattie Jordan, a loving mother and grandmother, passed away on May 19th, 2025, at the Jewish General Hospital. Barbara, daughter of Thomas and Florenece Beattie, was born and raised in Lachine, Quebec with her three sisters who predeceased her, Dorothy, Nancy, and Patricia. Barbara’s husband, Thomas Jordan, (Bink) predeceased her on January 21, 2018.<\/p>\n

Barb and Bink were married in Lachine on July 18, 1959 and had a family of five boys, Tom, Dan, Tim, Paul and Jason. Barbara has six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren who will miss her greatly.<\/p>\n

Barbara retired from the Montreal Association for the Blind MAB as the Head Nurse.<\/p>\n

Barbara’s generosity, smile, and impish good nature endeared her to family, friends, and caregivers. Rest in peace, Barb. You will be missed and cherished in our memories.<\/p>\n

Visitation will be at J. J. Cardinal Funeral Home, 2125 rue Notre Dame, Lachine, Quebec, H8S 2G5. on June 3rd, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. On June 4th, 2025 visits will be from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The funeral service will be at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel followed by the burial and luncheon reception.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
