In Lachine, on July 9, 2025 Mr. Norman Marshall Villeneuve passed away at the age of 87. Norman was a F\u00e9lix Award winner, a band leader, a recording artist and jazz master, a hard driving bebop drummer, an iconic and much beloved figure in Canadian jazz with a successful career spanning more than six decades.<\/p>\n
Predeceased by his daughter Tiffany (Derek), he leaves to mourn his beloved wife Louise Artibello, his loving children Norman jr, Deborah and Niles and his cherished grandchildren Lucas and Logan. He is also survived by many family members and friends.<\/p>\n
Visitation is on Saturday July 19, 2025 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at J.J. Cardinal Funeral Home, 2125 Notre-Dame Street, Lachine, H8S 2G5 514-639-1511.<\/p>\n
