1945- 2025<\/p>\n
Born in St-Malachie, Quebec, on April 4, 1945, son of the late John Fitzmorris and the late Amelia Kelly, Edwin passed away in Lachine on December 19, 2025, at the age of 80.<\/p>\n
He was the former husband of Paula-Lise Forgues.<\/p>\n
He is survived by his daughters Julie (Benoit) and Caroline (Alain), his grandchildren Sophie (Mathieu) and Christopher (Audrey), his brother Linus (Ren\u00e9e Belleau), his sisters Veronica (the late Jean-Paul Avril), Mary (Jean-Guy Viel), Aileen (Jacques L\u00e9tourneau), Lena, and Janet (Mario Tremblay), his goddaughter Anne Avril (Charles), his nieces and nephews Kevin, Yann, Sara, Brigitte, Philip, Ad\u00e8le, \u00c9milie, Olivia, \u00c9laine, Simon, Kim and Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric, as well as his great-nieces and great-nephews, his friends, and all those who loved him.<\/p>\n
In keeping with his wishes, there will be no visitation or service. The family will gather privately to celebrate his life.<\/p>\n
You are invited to share your memories and stories of Edwin. The family will take the time to read each tribute with gratitude.<\/p>\n
