Helen is predeceased by her beloved husband Bryan and cherished sister, Shirley. Helen is survived by her brothers Jack (Sandra) and Arthur. Helen will be profoundly missed by her daughter Kim, as well as many other relatives and friends.<br \/>\nAlways ready to assist, Helen touched the lives of many throughout her life. She was a strong advocate for those in need, the environment and animals. Helen was an engaged member of her community and when she cared about an issue, she never backed down.<br \/>\nHelen was a proud member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Br. 57, Pointe Claire.<br \/>\nIn lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Doctors Without Borders or the charity of your choice.<br \/>\nFamily and friends are invited to a visitation on Friday, March 23, 2018 from 7 to 9 p.m.. A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 11 a.m., visitation from 10 a.m..<br \/>\nArrangements entrusted to J.J.
