It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of MARIA PLESKAN on May 13, 2018 at the age of 93. Born in Ternopol, Ukraine and pre-deceased by her husband Wolodymyr (Walter) Pleskan. Loving mother to Helen (Ronnie) and cherished grandmother to Alexandra and Christina, she will be deeply missed.<\/p>\n

Visitation will be held at JJ Cardinal Funeral Home, 2125 rue Notre-Dame, Lachine on Thursday, May 17, 2018 from 3h00-5h00pm and 7h00-9h00pm, with Panachyda (prayers) at 7h30pm. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 18, 2018 at 10h30am at St. Basil the Great Ukrainian Catholic Church, 875 rue Provost, Lachine.<\/p>\n

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Basil the Great Ukrainian Catholic Church (https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/UkrainianCatholicChurchInMontreal\/) or to the Lachine Hospital Foundation (www.lachinehospitalfoundation.org).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
