Passed away \u00a0on\u00a0July 20th, 2018\u00a0 at the age of\u00a070 years old<\/strong><\/p>\n

Peacefully, on July 20, 2018 in his 70th year, Allan passed away at the Centre hospitalier de l’Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al (CHUM).<\/p>\n

He leaves to mourn his wife Karen (nee Dewar), his son Richard (Yuika) and his daughter Lynn (Basel). He was a most devoted grandfather ”Buppa” and will be lovingly remembered by his grandsons Riayn and Aiden. He will be very sadly missed by his sisters Irene (Florian Toutant), Christine (William Irven) and Anita (Joe Ortuso). He will be lovingly remembered by many nephews and nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces as well as his many friends.<\/p>\n

A dedicated MUC police officer for 30 years, his life was devoted to helping others, most importantly his family.<\/p>\n

Visitation will take place on Friday, August 3, 2018 at J. J. Cardinal Funeral Home, 560 Lakeshore Drive in Dorval, 514-631-1511, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Saturday, August 4, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. A service will be held in the Chapel at the funeral home on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Burial will take place at Lakeview Memorial Gardens.<\/p>\n

In lieu of flowers, donations would be gratefully received by the Canadian Cancer Society, the Sun Youth Organization or a charity of your choice.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
