Audrey Lavery (n\u00e9e Descary)<\/p>\n

On Friday, August 17, 2018, Audrey passed away at Providence Manor in Kingston, Ontario, at the age of 79. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert Lavery, and is survived by her children, Eileen (Chris), Stephen, Maureen, Peggy (Victor), Deirdre (Shaun), and John (Valerie) and her grandchildren, Nick, Katy, Brendan, Sean, Josh, Rebecca, Emma, Ryan, Christina, Naomi, Dexter, Maya, Declan, Juno and Tadhg.<\/p>\n

Audrey lived a life of service to others, including her family and her community. She was a long time resident of Lachine, Quebec, where, among her many activities, she was active in the Catholic Women\u2019s League and the Bishop Whelan High School parents\u2019 committee. She continued her tradition of service in Kingston, where she participated in her neighbourhood association and worked with the Canadian Cancer Society. She will be fondly remembered by her many friends.<\/p>\n

The family would like to thank the extraordinary caregivers of Providence Manor (Montreal 5) for their years of care of our beloved mother.
\nA memorial service will be held at the J.J. Cardinal Funeral Home, 2125 Notre-Dame, Lachine. Saturday, September 8, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer\u2019s Society of Canada.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
