Passed away \u00a0on\u00a0December 24th, 2018\u00a0 at the age of\u00a080 years old<\/strong><\/p>\n

Passed away peacefully on December 24, 2018 at the age of 80. Dee Dee is survived by her son Darren (Natalie). She will be forever greatly missed by her two beloved grandchildren Jason and Jake, and their mom Shirley. She is survived by her brother Ed (Diane) and sister Charlene. Dee Dee was predeceased by her loving husband of 54 years Vernon \u201cRocky\u201d Read (1938-2017), by her sisters Marion and Lorraine, her twin brother Donald and sister-in-law Carol.<\/p>\n

Visitation will take place at J.J. Cardinal Funeral Home 2125 rue Notre-Dame, Lachine (www.jjcardinal.ca 514-639-1511) on January 2, 2019 from 2-5pm & 7-9pm and on January 3, 2019 from 10am-11am followed by the funeral service in the chapel of the funeral home at 11am.<\/p>\n

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Gabriel\u2019s Parish Food Bank (2157 Centre St, Montreal, QC H3K 1J5) would be greatly appreciated.<\/p>\n

Dee Dee lived for the love of her family and friends, and always being there for someone in need. May she rest in peace. Though we will forever miss her, she remains forever in our hearts.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
