From enjoying Friday night socials with wine, bowling and Scrabble games, she consulted the daily calendar and was never in her room. Her son, Ken, and daughter, Julie were with her when she passed away gently and peacefully on a beautiful summer\u2019s day, as she had wished, to join Cuno in heaven.<\/p>\n<p>Our thanks to the caring staff, who shared their hugs, laughter and stories. Following a private family funeral, she will be buried at Georgetown Cemetery in Howick beside her husband and parents.
