1954-2021
It is with our deepest sorrow that we inform you of the passing of our beloved Georges, peacefully, on March 25th 2021 at the age of 67. Son of Fahima and Issa Capro. Georges had a passion for life and leaves a lasting legacy of joy, triumph, inspiration, resilience and hope to all who knew and loved him.
Georges was predeceased by his wife, Marie, his son, Christian, and his sister Samira. He is survived by his son, Claude (Jennifer); his grandsons, Maxime and Matthew; his brothers and sisters, Jamil, Najib (Salwa), Nadia, Nouhad, Amal, Leila, Joseph (Viviane), and Hoda; many nieces and nephews; extended family in Canada, the United States, Lebanon, Brazil, and Sweden. He will be fondly remembered by his loving family and many dear friends.
Georges lived a joyful, vivacious life despite the difficulties he was challenged with. He remained optimistic and dedicated to his family and loved ones. He had an infectious smile, laugh, and generous and compassionate spirit. May he be immortalized by our memories of him and the profound impact he made on each and everyone who crossed his path.
In light of the current situation and restrictions, a private funeral service will be held.

c’est avec une immense tristesse que nous avons appris le départ de notre cher Georges . son rire et sa joie de vivre resonneront toujours dans notre mémoire. Georges a laisse son empreinte dans chaque personne qui a eu le privilège de le connaitre . nos pensées vont vers Claude ainsi que toute sa grande famille ; repose en paix cher batailleur . Suzie and I would like to extend our deepest sympathies. This is a terrible loss but we know that his memory will stay with you. Over the years we have thoroughly enjoyed the company of George and family.We are sorry that we will not be able to be with you at this time, but please know that our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
je garde un tres bon souvenir de mon coiffeur presque quarante ans devenu pour moi un ami une famille je sais maintenant qu il na plus de souffrance qui vas aidé a son fils Claude qu il aimait profondement et sa bellle fille les deux petit fils qui adorait c était sa fierté et tout les membres de sa famille nos Sympathies a vous tous nos prieres et nos pensés vous accompagnes dans cette épreuve douloureuses bon courage a vous tous que George repose en paix
