1928 – 2022
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Anna Theresa Mullett (Kostanyuk) surrounded by family and friends with love and prayer on March 22, 2022 the day before her 94th birthday. Predeceased by her loving husband Samuel Mullett of 44 years.
Anna will be terribly missed by her daughter Carol Anne Hlusko, son in law Marty and son Ray Mullett, her grand children Kristie Dulac (Miguel), Matthew Hlusko (Jenny) and her 3 beautiful great grandchildren, Samuel, Alice Hlusko and Harper Dulac. She also leaves behind her loving brother Steve Kostaniuk (Suzanne) and many loving nieces and nephews.
She was the best mother, nana and nana baba we could have had. She loved all of us very much with all of her heart ❤️.
Funeral will be held on Sunday March 27, 2022 at 2 p.m. from J.J. Cardinal Funeral Chapel, 560 ch. Bord du Lac, Dorval, H9S2B3, www.jjcardinal.ca
The family would like to thank the CHSLD Bayview for the excellent care they have given Anna over the years with special thanks to Violet, Michella, Jackie and Rosalina.
