M. David Pritchard

David Earl Pritchard, 1951 – 2018. On July 9th 2018, Dave passed away in Yellowstone National park after fulfilling his dream road trip across Canada to the west coast. When told to slow down and take in the sights, he said  »Sightseeing is for tourists, I want to drive » and drive he did.

Dave will be missed dearly by his son Edgar Jonathan (Allison) and daughter Lisa Louise (David) as well as his grandson Luis Daniel, who was the absolute light of his life. He also leaves behind brother Frank and sister-in-law Linda, his sister Linda and brothers Peter, Mark and his nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly. Dave was predeceased by his wife Carmen who was calling him home.

Dave will forever be remembered for his courage and generosity, as well as his kind spirit and humour. He may be out of sight, but he is forever in our hearts and memories.

May the road before him go on forever with his tank at full and let peace be his destination.

Dave’s friends and family will be gathering for a reception on the 21st of July at the J.J. Cardinal funeral home in Dorval. A visitation will be held from 1 – 3pm followed by a celebration of his life.
