The family of Detlef Leppert is profoundly saddened to announce his peaceful passing at home on May 21, 2021 at the age of 85 years.
He leaves to mourn his loving wife Anna Leppert, his beloved children Bernhard, Tania (Joe) and Ilana (Nicolas) and his treasured grandchildren Arthur, Céleste, Clara and Roan. He will be missed by his family in Germany along with his many friends around the world.
Due to the current situation, the family has chosen to grieve privately.

So very sorry for your loss. My sincere condolences to the family. We, the colleagues who worked with Detlef, appreciated his knowledge and generosity to teach others. May he rest in peace!
Thank you very much. Detlef has left us the way he wanted. At home where every corner and screw has been placed by him, surrounded by all of us.
