Grace’s family was her greatest treasure. She was not only a wonderful mother but also a cherished grandmother, imparting wisdom and joy to her grandchildren. Her legacy of unconditional love will leave a lasting impact on the countless lives she touched with her great sense of humor and compassion. Born in Bathurst, New Brunswick, Grace’s empathy and desire to help others blossomed early in her life as she pursued a career in nursing, later transitioning to teaching. After marrying Bob, their early years were filled with many moves until they finally settled in Lachine, where she lived for 56 years. Grace dedicated many years to volunteering for Lachine Youth Soccer and was an active member of the former Resurrection of Our Lord Parish. An avid card player, she loved her weekly games with her card group friends.
Please join us in celebrating Grace’s life on October 27, 2024, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM, followed by a prayer service and a reception in her honor at JJ Cardinal Funeral Home, 2125 Notre Dame, Lachine, QC, H8S 2G5.
