It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Maria Sydor at the Royal Victoria hospital after a difficult battle with cancer.
Predeceased by her partner John Korcz, she leaves to mourn her sister Anna (Michael), her brother Bill (Lindy), her nephews and niece Timothy (Laura), Jeff (Catherine), Keith (Tiffany) and Katelin, her great nephews Ryan, Alexander and Matthew and her close friends.
Many thanks to the oncology department at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Dentistry department at the Montreal General and the Lachine CLSC.

Visitation will be Sunday 5 June 4pm to 9pm with Panahida at 7pm.
Monday 6 June, Panahida will be at 9:15 followed by the church service at Saint-Basil-the-Great-Ukrainian Catholic Church at 10am located at 875 rue Provost, Lachine, H8S 1M8 – thence to Lachine Cemetery.
