Mr. Walter King

1941-2021

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing away of Walter King on September 6, 2021, surrounded by his loving family.

He leaves to mourn his devoted wife Desiree King nee Branche, his adored children Sonia King and Emeka King and his sisters Diana Warner (Lambert Williams) and Cheryl Waterman nee Warner.  He will be missed by his nieces and nephews Shakir Williams, Makeda Waterman, Amir Waterman, Kofi Debra Carmichael and Yohanna Waterman, his cousins Ena Jones, Daphne King and family, Yvonne Tull and family and Harold Searles and Gary Waterman as well as his many friends and large family.

The family will receive condolences at J.J. Cardinal Funeral Home, 2125 Notre-Dame, Lachine (www.jjcardinal.ca 514-639-1511) on Friday, September 17, 2021 from 2 pm to 5 pm and 7 pm to 9 pm and Saturday, September 18, 2021 from 9:30 am to 11 am followed by the funeral service in the chapel of the funeral home at 11 am.
