Mrs Patricia Oelmann (nee Leclaire)

After her heart attack one month ago, Pat recovered enough to return to her active lifestyle at Ste-Anne’s Veteran’s Hospital, where she was so happy, as if she lived in the Chateauguay 55+ Club where she and husband, Cuno, were members. From enjoying Friday night socials with wine, bowling and Scrabble games, she consulted the daily calendar and was never in her room. Her son, Ken, and daughter, Julie were with her when she passed away gently and peacefully on a beautiful summer’s day, as she had wished, to join Cuno in heaven.

Our thanks to the caring staff, who shared their hugs, laughter and stories. Following a private family funeral, she will be buried at Georgetown Cemetery in Howick beside her husband and parents. She leaves behind her grandchildren, Dylan and Eliana, son Ken, and daughter Julie (James).
