Paul Wiseman peacefully passed away with his family by his side on Tuesday October 1, 2024 at the age of 77. He will be dearly missed by his wife Gilda De Sousa, his children; Robert (Isabelle), Andrew, Joanne (Alexis), Louise (Michael) and the late Charles, his step children; Sofia (Andrew), Flavia (Travis), Nelson, Thais and his is 15 grand-children. Paul is also survived by his siblings Anne, Ruth, Robert (Nancy). As well as numerous relatives and extended family.
Paul was a family man and fondly known as GrandPaul. He will be remembered for his generosity, unconditional love, sense of humor, and his kindness.
The family wishes to send a special thank you to the staff at the CHSLD Argenteuil in Lachute for their care and compassion.
A memorial service will be held on October 12, 2024, from 12:00 to 3:00 PM, followed by a reception 3:00 to 5:00PM in his honor at JJ Cardinal Funeral Home, 2125 Notre Dame, Lachine, QC, H8S 2G5. A funeral mass and burial will be held at a later date.

I was saddened to learn of Paul’s death and send my deepest condolences to the Wiseman and de Sousa families. I spent many hours at the Wiseman residence years ago and remember Paul in the background as a funny, bright, mischievous kid with a kind and gentle nature. My thoughts are with you all at this time.
