ARMISTEAD, ELLEN GRACE (SMITH)

It is we great sadness that we announce the passing of Ellen Grace Smith Armistead, aged 88, on January 28th, 2018 at the Lakeshore General Hospital.

She was predeceased by her husband Edward (Red), her sister Edith and her brother Greg. She leaves behind her sons, Dean (Jeannie) and Mark, as well as her granddaughters, Sara, Jessica, Rebecca and Vanessa.

Ellen was an active member of Saint-Paul’s Anglican Church, an avid knitter and Canadiens hockey fan.
We would like to thank the staff at the Vivalis, the Lakeshore Hospital and the Lachine Hospital.

Resting at the J.J. Cardinal Funeral Home, 560 Lakeshore Drive, Dorval (514) 631-1511 (www.jjcardinal.ca), visitation on Friday February 2, from 2 to 5 pm and 7 to 9 pm as well as on Saturday February 3 from 1 pm followed by the funeral service at the chapel at 2pm.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to a charitable cause of your choice can be made in her memory.
