Mme Helen Matthews (Preston)

Helen died after a short illness on March 15, 2018 at the age of 76 years with Kim at her bedside. Helen is predeceased by her beloved husband Bryan and cherished sister, Shirley. Helen is survived by her brothers Jack (Sandra) and Arthur. Helen will be profoundly missed by her daughter Kim, as well as many other relatives and friends.
Always ready to assist, Helen touched the lives of many throughout her life. She was a strong advocate for those in need, the environment and animals. Helen was an engaged member of her community and when she cared about an issue, she never backed down.
Helen was a proud member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Br. 57, Pointe Claire.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Friday, March 23, 2018 from 7 to 9 p.m.. A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 11 a.m., visitation from 10 a.m..
