1959 – 2024
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Brian Styrczula who left us on August 20, 2024, at the age of 65. Born in 1959, Brian was a cherished father, devoted son, beloved brother, and a dedicated friend, whose life was a testament to his incredible talents and generous spirit.
Brian spent over 40 years working at CKS, where he was well-respected by colleagues and admired for his unwavering commitment. His remarkable skills extended beyond his professional life, as he excelled in a variety of hobbies including building and flying model airplanes and fine finish carpentry. His passion for these pursuits was a testament to his creativity and dedication.
He leaves behind his loving children, Amanda, and Justin, who will forever treasure his memory. He also leaves behind his dear mother, Maria, his brother, Richard, and his sister, Carol, as well as his brother-in-law, John, sister-in-law, Barb, and his nieces, nephews, and friends. Each of these individuals was touched by his kindness, generosity, and the joy he brought into their lives.
A memorial service to celebrate Brians life will be held on August 31, 2024, at JJ Cardinal, 560 Bord-du Lac, Dorval, H9S2B3 (514-631-1511). Visitations will be from 13h00 to 16h00 followed by a ceremony in the chapel. Family and friends are invited to join us in honoring and remembering a man who touched so many lives with his love and talent.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to CASCA nonprofit organization for lost and stray cats.
Brian will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy of love, skill, and spirit will continue to inspire those he leaves behind.
