On November 30, 2022 our treasured father, the pillar of our family, passed away at age 92. Rolie was a very dedicated employee of the Montreal Association for the Blind for 36 years where he was the chief administrator in his role of Deputy Director – Head of Finance. Later in life he volunteered his time to several churches, the Montreal Association for the Blind and the Montreal Foundation for the Blind.
Dad’s family was the most important thing to him – caring for, loving and supporting us was his true aim in life. Dad, you are a great success. Dad was predeceased by his beloved wife of 18 years, Ann Marie; his brother Ernie and his sister Jean Prior. He will be so greatly missed by his children, Carole (David), Stephanie (Eric), Christopher and Valerie. Very caring and loved grandfather of Kimberly (Skyler), Amy (Erick), Tyler (Kayla), Cassandra (Noah), Stephen (Brooke), Jane (Frankie), Jaime and Liv. Granddad will also be missed by his many great grandchildren. Rolie will be lovingly remembered by his brother Herbie (Pirkko) and sister Mildie Broom, along with many other friends and family.
Special thanks to the staff of Mary Elisabeth Noonan and of Anna Laberge Hospital for their care of our Father. Visitation will take place at J.J. Cardinal Funeral Home, 560 Lakeshore Drive, Dorval (514-631-1511 www.jjcardinal.ca) on Saturday, December 10th from 12:00 to 1:00 followed by the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Diabetes Canada (www.diabetes.ca ) and/or Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation ( www.brcf.org ) would be appreciated.

Our sincere condolences.
Our sincere condolences for you loss. Your Dad was a wonderful man. Love Barb and family
My most sincerest sympathies to the Randle family. I had full intention on coming to your Dad’s wake but unfortunately both my husband and I have come down with Covid. I would have been so nice seeing all of you after some 50 years! I don’t know if you even remember but I used to babysit quite often. My thoughts will be with you all this Saturday.
