Entered into rest on Sunday, August 15th, at home surrounded by her family, at the age of 93.
Evelyn beloved wife of the late Frank Strati, devoted mother of Rosemary Murphy and her late husband Stephen of Montreal and Fran (Randy) Pelley of Ajax, Ontario. Loving grandmother of Tara, C.J. and Stephen (Helen), step-grandmother of Mark (Mona) and Daniel (Patricia). Predeceased by brothers Orlando and Frank (June) and brothers and sisters-in-law Victoria (Conrad), Domenica (Robert), Eugene (Madeleine), Sam (Marceline) and Luce (Ferdinand) and best friends Johanna Gleeson and Iris Todd. Survived by brother-in-law Joseph (Harriet) Strati and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
A celebration of her life will be held Sunday, May 8th from 11:00 am to noon at the J.J. Cardinal Funeral Home Chapel, 560 Lakeshore Drive, Dorval.
A private chapel service will begin at noon followed by inurnment in the columbarium.
