Mr. Herman Modeste

1938 – 2026

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Herman Modeste on August 1st, 2026, in Montréal.

He leaves to mourn his beloved daughter, Diane (Derek); his cherished grandchildren, Zaid and Memucan (of Trinidad); his extended family; and many dear friends whose lives he touched throughout the years.

Herman has now been reunited with his beloved wife, Ivy, whom he dearly missed.

The family will receive condolences on Thursday, August 6th, 2026, from 2 pm to 5 pm, at the J.J. Cardinal Funeral Home (2125 Notre-Dame Street, Lachine, QC H8S 2G5).
