It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Mario Guzzo on April 4, 2024. He is predeceased by his beloved life partner Denise Hade, brother to the late Giuseppina and Francesco. He leaves behind his brothers Tony, Silvano, Tommaso and Piero as well as extended family and friends.
Mario will be remembered for his immense kindness, gentle soul, love of nature and talented writing. He will be dearly missed.
A celebration of his life will be held on Sunday April 14 at 5 p.m. from J.J. Cardinal Funeral Chapel in Lachine (2125 rue Notre-Dame, Lachine, tel: 514-639-1511, www.jjcardinal.ca) .
Family will receive condoleances Sunday from 2 p.m.

MY Sincere Condolences to the whole Family. RIP Dear Mario. Now you are reunited with your Denise. May both of you watch over your families from above. Mario was in contact by phone and facebook when he was in the hospital. i will cherish the pictures and video he sent to me of him and Denise.. I was shocked to hear about his death.
Being the neibhbour and friend of Mario since he bought his house in Ile Perrot. I am deeply sadden by his sudden death.He his with Denise now for eternity.I will pray for you. Farewell my friend.
