It is with very heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our precious dad and nonno, Nicola DeFrancesco on April 22, 2024 at the age of 94. He embraced life’s challenges and celebrations with courage and love, and his family was his greatest joy. Predeceased by his beloved wife Carmela Giannini, and eldest son Giacomo, he leaves behind his son Giuseppe (Tina), daughter Tina (Tony), and his grandchildren Nicola, Alexandra (Eric) and Matthew, as well as his extended family.
The family will receive condolences at J.J. Cardinal Funeral Home, 2125 rue Notre Dame in Lachine on Thursday, May 2, 2024 from 7-9pm. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 3, 2024 at 11:00am at La Missione Dell’Annunziata church, 4360 Broadway, Lachine and thence to Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Mausoleum.
