Mrs. Mary (May) Landerman-Goodfellow

Mrs. Mary (May) Landerman-Goodfellow

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing away of Mary (May) Landerman-Goodfellow at the age of 82, after a courageous two-and-a-half-year battle with cancer.

May is survived by her loving son Michael, as well as caring family and close friends.

May will be remembered for her art; both painting in watercolours and oils, and teaching others to express themselves. She was an avid fan of skiing, watching tennis, and enjoyed long walks along the lakeshore and strolling through art shows up until her diagnosis.

The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the amazing staff and volunteers at the Teresa-Dellar Palliative Care Center for their kindness, care, and support during her final days.

The family will receive condolences on Saturday, October 21, from 10 am to 1 pm, at the J.J. Cardinal Funeral Home, 2125 Rue Notre Dame, Lachine QC on Saturday, October 21, 2023, followed by a funeral service in the chapel at 1 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Teresa-Dellar Palliative Care Residence.

    Dear Michael,
Penny and I were so sorry to hear about your mother. I had talked to her on the phone a month or so before and she seemed content where she was and seeing you frequently. We have some of her paintings on the wall here in Victoria which remind us of her. I always appreciated her work and the extra effort she made at IATA to get the work done there with no complaints. There were plenty of problems to deal with. She always got along with everyone. All our sympathy
