It is with great sadness that the family of Maureen Brochu (Nee Rogers) announce her passing. Maureen passed peacefully on the evening of November 15th at the age of 78 with her children and loving sister by her side.
Predeceased by her parents Kathleen & Tony and doting husband Edward Brochu. Maureen is survived by her sister Sylvia Evans, sons Timothy (Anne-Marie), Christopher, Todd (Judee) and grandchildren Ty (Braedyn), Sabrina (Michael), Vyktoria (Jack) and Cassidee, nephew Dan Evans (Kathleen), niece Kathleen Evans.
Maureen was married to the late Edward Brochu for over 50 years planting their roots on the West Island of Montreal working for H. L. Blachford for over 30 years. Maureen adored her boys, spending weekends at the hockey rink or on the football field. She was always their number one fan. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy and she took special interest in each of their hobbies. She loved the beach, dancing, traveling and her Martini’s!
