Mr. James J. Quinn

James (Jim) Quinn passed away peacefully on Friday, March 2, 2018, at the age of 91.

Jim was the beloved husband and life partner of 65 years to Doreen (McElligott); loving father to Barry (Donna Turner), Donna (Jack Richard), Randy (Leasha Milstead) and Jim (Janice Ballard); second father to Susan, Rick and Sandy; “Poppy” to his grandchildren Kristin, Erin, Tyler, Paul, Valerie, Dan, Patrick, Peter and Katie; great grandfather to Jack; and Uncle Jim to his many nieces and nephews.
Jim is survived by his brother Maurice Quinn (Sandra Burke).
Jim was predeceased by his parents Patrick Quinn and Elizabeth O’Brien and siblings Elizabeth, Patrick, George, Helen, Rita, Frank and Vincent.

The Quinn family extends their thanks and gratitude for the kindness, compassion, care and support to the medical care team of the Lakeshore General Hospital and the many other health care facilities that have taken such good care in getting Jim back on his feet so many times over the years.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Saint Veronica’s Parish, Dorval QC would be greatly appreciated.

Visitation will take place at Saint Veronica’s Parish, 1300 Carson Ave, Dorval, QC, H9S 1M6 on Monday, March 19, 2018 at 10:00am, followed by Mass at 11:00am
