It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Mother, Francine Cuggy (Nee Belanger) on May 16th. She died peacefully at home surrounded by her children. Beloved daughter of Joseph-Emile Belanger and Adrienne Belanger (Ranger), widow of the late Kenneth Cuggy. She is survived by her children; Jean-Francois, Nathalie, Catherine (Mansoib) and her grandchild; Kenneth.
Our Mom grew up in Lachine and was raised in a devout Catholic family. From her parents she learned the importance of love and respect which were two important values that she carried on for the rest of her life and instilled in her children. Our Mom was a warm and compassionate person who touched our lives.
Mom, your death leaves a void in our life. Your love, tenderness and sense of humor will be missed. You will be forever in our hearts. We thank-God for the wonderful impact that you had in our life.
Through our Christian faith, the death and resurrection of Christ, we know that life is stronger than death and that one day we will be reunited. Until we meet again!
The family will receive condolences on Thursday May 30th from 9h30am to 10h30am at J.J. Cardinal Funeral Home 2125 , Notre-Dame Lachine , QC , H8S 2G5.
A funeral service will be held on May 30th 11h00 am at Saints-Anges church, 1400 bd Saint-Joseph , Lachine
