1944-2021
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Irene on August 7, 2021 at the age of 77.
Cherished mother of Michel, Alain and Christine (Serge Beauregard), devoted grandmother of Cynthia, Julie, Emilie, Tommy and Crystel and adored great-grandmother of Kyle, Layah and Milan. She will also be deeply missed by her long-time companion Florian Toutant, her sisters Christine (William Irven), Anita, sister-in-law Karen and many relatives and friends. Pre-Deceased by her parents Harry and Dinah, sister Patricia and brothers Raymond and Allan.
Irene will be remembered for her unsurpassed love and devotion for her family and friends. She will be greatly missed.
You are invited to bid her farewell on Saturday August 21, 2021 at the J.J. Cardinal funeral home (560, Chemin Bord-du-Lac, Dorval, QC H9S 2B3) from 10:30-12:30, followed by a service in the chapel. Burial will take place at Lakeview Memorial Gardens (701, Donegani avenue, Pointe-Claire, H9R 5G6).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, La Fondation de la Société des soins palliatifs à domicile du Grand Montréal or a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
